3. Communication Preferences

We use the information you provide (Email/Phone) to coordinate your requested "Discovery Call" or "System Calibration" and to deliver transactional SMS communications you have opted into. By submitting a request via our scheduling tool or opting in via SMS, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding your appointment and account. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing communications.

4. Data Security & SMS Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers, and we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Customer contact records and message logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with applicable statutory limitation periods.

SMS Consent & Data: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-In: Direct Client Communications: Registered Zenith Arc Advisory LLC clients may opt in to receive transactional SMS communications by submitting their phone number during onboarding and replying YES when prompted. By replying YES, you are providing explicit consent to receive transactional SMS communications regarding your account. Consent is never required as a condition of purchase.

Opt-In: End-Customer Messaging (On Behalf of Client Businesses): When Zenith Arc Advisory LLC acts as an authorized messaging agent for a registered Client Business, the following consent mechanism applies to that Client Business's end-customers: Individuals who call the Client Business's phone number, which forwards unanswered calls to a Zenith Arc Advisory LLC-provisioned Twilio number, may receive one automated SMS message. The Zenith Arc Advisory LLC-managed voicemail system on the provisioned number plays a recorded disclosure informing the caller that one automated follow-up text message may be sent. The initial automated message identifies the Client Business by name and requests the recipient's explicit consent to receive further communications. No additional messages are sent unless the recipient replies affirmatively (e.g., "YES"). Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out. This consent mechanism is distinct from Zenith Arc Advisory LLC's direct communications with its own registered clients, which are governed separately above.

Opt-Out & Frequency: If you have opted in to receive automated text messages (e.g., project updates or booking reminders), you can expect message frequency that varies based on your project status. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messaging Agent Disclosure: Zenith Arc Advisory LLC operates as an authorized messaging service provider on behalf of registered business clients. Zenith Arc Advisory LLC is solely responsible for the content, compliance, and operation of the IVR voicemail disclosure system and the automated messaging sequence described above. All opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
